Hassan A. Mohamed CEC

I am Hassan A. Mohamed, a Certified Executive Chef for the Beau Truesdale Wedding Venues. Originally graduating from Al Azhar University in Cairo with a degree in accounting, I discovered my true passion for the culinary arts during my time in Italy. I extensively studied classic delicacies, gained invaluable experience from European travels, and became a Certified Executive Chef through the American Culinary Federation.

Since joining Beau Truesdale Wedding Venues in 1999, I have been delighted to share my culinary expertise with guests on their special days. Inspired by my international culinary experiences and Caribbean cruises, I take great pride in creating a dazzling cocktail hour. By teaching my staff classic techniques and emphasizing scratch food preparation, I strive to provide a truly unique and memorable culinary experience for weddings.

I am honored to meet with each couple, understanding their specific needs and requests, including ethnic cuisine and special dietary requirements. My goal is to transport guests to a world of luxury and culinary excellence. I am dedicated to bringing your vision to life and providing an unforgettable experience you will treasure forever on your special wedding day.

Jackie Truesdale

Hi, I am Jackie! Born and raised at the Jersey shore (a proud Sea Girt Patriot for life), I attended Loyola University in Maryland and dedicated 7 years of my career as a Jersey City school teacher. I was honored to earn Teacher of the Year 2019-2020. Those who know me well have dubbed me “Jac of all trades”. My knowledge of and love for the wedding industry is homegrown – my family has been in the business for many years. For as long as I can remember, I’ve had a passion for party planning. Being one of seven children, every dinner is a party! (I LOVE a good theme party.)

When I’m not helping our team deliver exceptional wedding experiences, you’ll find me spending time with family and my golden retriever, Hunter.

Fun Fact: I love going to Vermont to snowboard, ride my dirtbike, spin honey, and make homemade apple cider.

Wedding Coordinator

Nicole Hoffman

Hi, I’m Nicole! I am originally from Brooklyn, New York. After graduating from Rutgers College – Rutgers University, I worked for a premier law firm as well as a national children’s clothing company, before moving to the Jersey Shore with my family.

My journey began at Clarks Landing Yacht Club in 2005 where I quickly discovered my love for the wedding industry, which led to becoming a Wedding and Event Coordinator. Having an eye for detail and a genuine love of people, I was engaged in the early success of Clarks Landing Yacht Club and helped design the exclusive Alumni club, where we invite our beloved couples and their families back to Clarks for special, memorable events. I treasure the wonderful relationships I’ve gained throughout the years. My ultimate goal is always to make my couples feel just as important and special as our family. It would not only be my pleasure but an honor to be your Wedding Coordinator.

Fun Fact: I love shoes & handbags, and once I had a makeover on national TV with Hoda and Kelly!

Kristin Chironna

Hi, I’m Kristin! Being a native of New York, my career began in 1997 at the iconic Windows on the World venue. It has been a privilege to work at many amazing spaces including Noche in Times Square and Guastavino’s under the 59th Street Bridge, as well as many others. Throughout my career, I have planned an array of different events. These include not only weddings but television and Broadway show openings, holiday parties, and much more.

In 2007 my husband and I, along with our two daughters, moved to New Jersey. After staying home for a while with my children, I was honored to come on board at Clarks Landing Yacht Club. Planning hundreds of weddings for our wonderful couples has been an extraordinary experience. I believe that your wedding should be stress-free and most of all… fun! I look forward to working with you and making your wedding day a beautiful experience you will treasure forever.

Fun Fact: I am a lover of wine, sunshine, concerts, and singing country music at the top of my lungs in my car!

Christopher Mierta

Hi, I am Christopher! My journey in the world of Hospitality began when I was just a teenager. From then on, my passion for creating unforgettable experiences has been the cornerstone of my career. Raised in a bustling household, my most cherished memories revolve around gatherings, parties, and celebrations – moments filled with joy and connection. With every interaction, my goal is to spread happiness and craft lasting memories for everyone I encounter.

After years of restaurant management, I moved into the event industry, and immediately fell in love with weddings; they are the culmination of joy and love, and family all in one! After working at several hotels and venues, I became an integral part of the creation of the events department at The Asbury Hotel, helping them grow into a robust and successful event destination on the Jersey Shore.

With over 15 years of event and wedding experience, from planning, coordinating, decorating, executing, and even officiating, it is in my core to guide couples along the path to matrimony!

Fun Fact: I lead an online gaming community with over 100 active members who play online together! Ask me about World of Warcraft!

Ellen Bodnovich

Hi, I’m Ellen! I’ve always been drawn to people and the power of meaningful experiences. One piece of advice from my grandmother that has always stayed with me: “People will never forget how you made them feel.”. It’s a lesson I carry with me – in how I work with people and how I show up.

As an entrepreneur in the food and beverage industry, I’ve come to believe that, every business is a people business. That perspective, along with years of experience in hospitality and operations, allows me to bring an elevated and thoughtful approach to every event. I’m thankful to have had to opportunity to work in different areas which gives me a better understanding. I’ve always had a passion for the event industry and a love for the little details that make a big impact. My favorite part of this work is getting to witness two people start their next chapter surrounded by the people they love most creating lasting memories.

Fun Fact: I’m a Jersey girl through and through—born and raised! When I’m not working, you’ll likely find me at the beach or off on a mini adventure. Spending time with my family is something that makes me extremely happy.

Mary Ann Lodati

Greetings, my name is Mary Ann! I started my career in the hospitality industry over 30 years ago, while living in the Pocono Mountains Pa. After spending decades learning the culture of fine dining, what truly carried me throughout the years was providing “exceptional service with a memorable experience” to each one of my guests.

After moving to the Jersey Shore to be closer to the ocean, I found an amazing opportunity to work for Beau Truesdale Wedding Venues! Working side by side with the professional teams at all of our venues has been truly rewarding. I look forward to being a part of your amazing special day! 

Fun Facts: I have a twin sister, I enjoy cooking and baking for family and friends I love my adorable cats Bella and Murphy

Hi, I am Francesco Pavone, a dedicated staff supervisor at Clarks Landing Yacht Club with over thirty years of experience in the hospitality industry. What I love most about this industry is the opportunity to create unforgettable experiences and the joy of mentoring staff to be their best. There’s nothing more rewarding than seeing a well-executed event come to life and knowing our team played a pivotal part in making it special.

I believe that a great smile and a positive attitude can turn any situation around!

Fun Fact: I love spending time in the wilderness with my dog Roma on my days off.

Amanda “AJ” Garcia

Hi! I’m Amanda, AJ for short. With 19 years of experience in bartending and hospitality management, I’ve built my career around creating memorable experiences—one delicious cocktail at a time. I take pride not only in crafting creative, crowd-pleasing drinks, but also in making sure every detail is attended to and delivered with exceptional service. From a wide variety of spirits to fun and unique garnishes, I make it a point to have everything on hand that guests could possibly need to enjoy a personalized cocktail experience.

I hold a B.A. in Spanish, a B.F.A. in Graphic Design, and an M.B.A. with a concentration in Marketing—an eclectic background that fuels both my creativity behind the bar and my strategic approach to service and leadership.

When I’m not mixing cocktails or managing events, you’ll likely find me at the bowling alley competing in leagues, soaking up the sun at the beach, or traveling to explore new cultures and flavors.
