From Ceremony to Celebration
Prior to their wedding at Clarks Landing Yacht Club, this beautiful couple celebrated their love with a traditional Nigerian ceremony, an intimate and meaningful prelude to the festivities to come.
The big day at Clarks Landing started with a heartfelt and emotional ceremony. Guests were then welcomed into the foyer with a refreshing cocktail that introduced the luxurious celebration ahead. As guests sipped and mingled, they were able to take in the stunning decor in the foyer. Larger-than-life portraits of Johnette and Lukeman stood tall next to the grand staircase.
Their seating chart display was equally showstopping! At its center were guests’ names and table assignments, flanked on either side by rows of champagne glasses. Meanwhile, the couple took advantage of the perfect weather and the scenic waterfront deck to capture beautiful photos with their family and wedding party.
The reception was nothing short of extraordinary. Candle and floral centerpieces adorned every table, casting a romantic glow across the room. The sweetheart table was a true showstopper, lavishly styled with cascading florals, soft candlelight, and a chic white couch that let the couple sit close together during dinner and speeches.
One of the most memorable moments of the evening came when Lukeman shared a special dance with his daughter, Reid. Their joyful smiles and sweet giggles melted every heart in the room, a moment of pure love that perfectly captured the spirit of the day.
