Why Consider Winter Weddings?

There are many advantages of having Winter weddings. Guests tend to be less busy in the winter months as opposed to a Summertime wedding,  more guests might be able to come to a Winter wedding. Another reason to consider Winter weddings is there is much less traffic and better availability with the hotels than in the warmer months. Our Winter weddings are magical. Once the Winter lights go up, it’s like a Winter Wonderland for your pictures and guests’ enjoyment. Sunset is earlier in the Winter months,  be sure to get all those outdoor pictures done earlier in the day.

Everything can be done inside the venue for your Winter Wedding, inclusive of the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception – so there is no need to worry about the colder weather months. No worries, your Winter wedding will be beautiful! Here at Clarks Landing, we have a hospital-grade generator if needed. Also, the bluestone in front of the building is heated – so no need to worry about any ice. Some snow flurries do, however, make for some pretty amazing pictures.
